The Cidery
Located right at the orchard, so fruit travels the smallest distance possible from tree to can. We watch the trees blossom, the fruit grow and get picked, straight into the juice press — a full circle process happening in one place, on the farm.
From Orchard to Can
Pick
Our apples are picked from the orchard just steps away from the cidery.
Press
Fresh apples are pressed into juice which creates the base of our cider.
Ferment
Fermentation time, when sugars are converted to alcohol and the structure of the cider is created.
Package
The final step where liquid is tranferred from tank to can, for your enjoyment!
